How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Pillow/backrest is functional and nice, I use it in my car because I often suffer from back pain, this pillow helps a little and makes me feel more comfortable. Fast shipping all ok thank you.
Product came early and was in great shape. Although it doesn't fit "all" chair sizes, I am using it on a smaller office chair and it's working. I would advise to others, if you need more lumbar support, you may need a thicker cushion because it's not as thick as I wanted but it was exactly what the description said and it's made with suitable material.
